Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Jasmine Blush. We are committed to providing high-quality products/services and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return or refunds conditions
If there’s a problem with a product you have purchased from our Online Shop, you can return the item within 30 days after purchase and choose between a replacement or refund provided that the product:

  • is faulty or
  • is damaged or
  • is incorrectly described on our website or
  • is different from a sample shown or
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or
  • isn’t of acceptable quality

Condition of Returned Items 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Timeframe for Returns 
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase 
Your request to refund or replace must be accompanied by proof of purchase and evidence of the product in the form of a photo sent to hello@jasmineblush.com.au.  If you can’t provide a receipt, another form of proof of purchase will be required, such as a credit card statement, which clearly shows that the purchase was from Jasmine Blush.

Refund Method 
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as that used for your original purchase.

Cancelling a Refund 
In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a refund if new information emerges that proves the customer's claim invalid. Customers will be notified promptly, and an explanation will be provided.

Approved Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@jasmineblush.com.au.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other relevant consumer protection laws.
