Why should I patch test before use?
The products we offer are designed to be kind to pre-teen skin but we know allergies can happen anywhere.
To minimise the risk of allergens and irritants as much as possible, we recommend a patch test prior to initial use. Just to be extra safe, as every skin reacts differently to different ingredients.
How to perform a patch test
Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of your child's skin, such as the inside of the wrist or behind the ear. Leave it on for 24 hours and monitor the area for any signs of irritation, redness, or discomfort. If no reaction occurs, it is generally safe to proceed with regular use.
Should you or your child have an allergic reaction please cease use immediately, wash off with water and seek urgent medical attention by a qualified professional.
